Run this command in terminal (requires Shopify CLI)

shopify app deploy

This registers: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact

Submit for App Store Review

All checks should now pass

Go to Distribution page

⚠ Important:

The "Verifies webhooks with HMAC signatures" check will show ❌ until you complete Step 1-2. This is normal — Shopify needs to see real webhook deliveries with valid HMAC signatures.
